Paul L Martin
Paul founded Millionth Muse in 1998 as an umbrella for his creative
work. As well as an award-winning actor and highly acclaimed cabaret
artiste, Paul is a published poet and comment journalist. With
15 years experience co-ordinating and performing in cabaret, Paul
recently began running lectures and workshops on the art form
in drama schools and at The Actors Centre, London.
He has been a forerunner in the London Cabaret Scene for the past
10 years and in 2005 began regular trips to the USA to perform
in New York City. Most notable among Paul’s many character-based
cabaret pieces is Trinity Million, who’s cabaret show Trinity’s
ran for 5 years in Central London.
More often than not, Paul now performs in civvies, and can be
found in venues across the capital giving his all on most nights
of the week, as well as being available for private functions.
Simon James Green
Simon has been working with MMP since 2000. He is a freelance
writer and director working in theatre and film. His credits as
a director include the workshop production of The Diary of
Me (Harlow Playhouse), Confessions of a Paralysed Porn
Star (Edinburgh Fringe), The Taming of the Shrew
(national tour), Art (national tour) and Full Frontal
Diva (Finborough). Most recently he spent 18 months as Associate
Director for The Rocky Horror Show (West End and UK tour).
Simon also regularly works for a number of youth theatre companies
and drama schools.
As
a writer, credits include The Diary of Me (co-written
with Stuart Matthew Price) and with writing partner Sarah Counsell
he is developing a number of film and television projects. His
Christmas show The Great Sleigh Robbery (co-written with
John Trent Wallace) premiered at Brentwood Theatre in December
2006.
Sarah-Louise Young
Sarah-Louise regularly hosts and performs in cabaret and stand-up
venues across London including Jermyn Street, The Old Vic Pit
Bar, The Theatre Museum and the Battersea Barge.
As an actress she has performed in the National Theatre, the Royal
Exchange Theatre and in the West End. Television credits include
No Angels, The Jury, Holby City and Look Around You. She is also
the only genuine woman in the radio pilot "Planet Grantham".
She has written and lead numerous corporate events, workshops
and role play sessions for clients such as Nationwide, Volkswagen
and Investors In People Corporation.
